Due to Covid-19 Restrictions, every guest must be fully vaccinated to stay at this property, NO EXCEPTIONS.  Bring proof of vaccination card.

Rates are $1500 per night (Includes taxes) for 10 people or less. Deposit is $700.00 - required at time booking.  (Refundable based on inspection of property after departure). Invoices will be sent via PayPal to the email address provided once information is confirmed.  We look forward to accommodating you and your group.  **Prices are subject to change.

                      * House Rules and Policies - NO EXCEPTIONS *

1. No smoking in house.  Do not smoke your deposit away by smoking              inside.

2. No Pets - We love pets, but some guests may have allergies to them.

3. Person booking MUST be 28 years or older and stay at the house.

4. There will be a cleaning fee charged from your deposit if house is not        in original state at time of check out; trash, dishes, furniture in 

    place. Host will take care of linen.

5. Cancellation is very strict - No refund if cancelled less than 30 days 

    from arrival date. NO cancellations refund for special events,            

    holidays, festivals, tournaments, bowl games, conventions, etc. We 

    are not responsible for acts of Mother Nature.

6. No parties on premises. If host is notified of excessive noise, 

    especially after 10pm-9am (noise ordinance in place), may result in 

    early departure with no refund or return of deposit.

7. Please be mindful of the content of your language at all times. This 

    is a family oriented neighborhood.  Please respect our neighbors.

8. No loud music, or outdoor music after dark.

    If any of these violations occur during your stay, Management has the          right to early evict at any time, with no refund of booking fees, and            loss of deposit.

9. Please do not forget your phone/laptop charges, or any of your                    belongings, we are not responsible for mailing them back.
